Keeping the joy for you and your family during the holiday season can be difficult. It adds one more level of stress to a time when we’d like to relax and enjoy the company of others. It’s a tall order but one that can certainly be met with coping and stress relief strategies. In this installation of our HEAL2 series, speakers Lucinda Mills and Marlene Boyette share tips on how to be compassionate to yourself as a parent and strategies for caring for your children over the holidays.
